7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at invimartofficial@gmail.com. To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement, refund, or exchange, as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
For other exchange requests, customers may return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, UPI service, or payment gateway.
